					<description><![CDATA[I think there’s a place for the chains, and I’m a big fan of Vagabond, but I also think the liners are the best. I mean, every city has their classics (Ja Ja in Berlin, Mast in Vienna, and let’s face it, a host in Paris). My two favourite U.K. “bars” to drink wine in are Winemakers Club in London (just edges Sager + Wilde for location for me), and the totally amazing Plateau in Brighton, that can do natural wine, cocktails, food and atmosphere like few other places in England.]]></description>
