well done Matt. I can just add this development can be also seen in the Czech Republic respectively in Prague where we have recently opened a natural wine bar. We can see many “foodies” which coming to natural, organic, biodynamic wines through food.

Great post, Matt. Agree that natural wines particularly appeal to younger drinkers – often foodies – who have an open mind about what they drink and are totally up for trying different flavours without perceiving them as wine faults.
