It’s taking a bit longer than expected! But the Southern Rhône will be finished by the end of January, and that’s the hardest part. Northern Rhône is a piece of cake in comparison – far fewer appellations, much smaller surface area, fewer producers, and I know it pretty well already. Looking forward to immersing myself in Syrah though…
